Dispatch & delivery timings
Monday to friday
Orders made Monday to Friday before 2pm each day will be dispatched the same day. Delivery arrival depends on the shipping level you choose (Standard or Next Day).
Weekend deliveries
If you order by 2pm on a Friday and choose next day delivery, you'll receive your order on Saturday.
If you order after 2pm on the Friday, next day delivery will arrive on the Monday.
Orders aren't processed on Saturday or Sunday, and deliveries aren't made on Sundays. Everyone needs their rest, after all!
Any orders placed at the weekend will be processed on Monday.

You’ll need to return the product unopened and undamaged within 14 days of receiving it.
You'll receive a full refund including original shipping costs, subject to terms and conditions. Postage of the return is not included in the refund.
If you received a faulty product, please contact info@onlygoodgift.com as soon as possible for a refund, a return & replacement (as long as your request meets the requirements laid out in the terms and conditions).
